I have several top level "A" list companies who need multiple designers and I have an idea.  If you are part of a design team that is unhappy with the company you work for, under paid, lousy office conditions, low benefits, or over worked, I may have a solution.  This opportunity isn't for candidates who are looking to make a change by themselves.  

The idea is to start with a Design Manager, with 3-6 or more designers, who currently work together, to open a remote design office in a professional environment and work remotely as employees for one of our industry's major players.  In return, the company will pay all office expenses, pay Designers $28-32+ an hour (also great Design Manager pay) as an employee (not 1099 contractor), plus benefits, and bonus potential.  No relocation required. You already work together so pick an office location that works for the team.  Remote design offices are not a new concept, but starting one with a full team who knows how to work together is new and I think it can be a great opportunity for everyone as we represent some of the best companies in the industry.  Inquire about this posting and we can discuss the details.
