Position: Mega-Multifamily Truss Plant Manager J13995

If you are a top level Plant Manager with organizational skills, understand training, labor/cost tracking, and managing a high energy truss plant, this opportunity in Florida may be the challenge you are seeking.  The owner is ready for someone who can bring strength, ideas, and results. 

Must have experience producing roof and floor trusses in a $15-20M or larger facility.  Responsible for scheduling and managing up to two shifts as needed.  Mostly Mega-Multifamily.  Great people and supervisory team, just missing a strong leader with the experience and confidence to be respected.   Number one their list is to implement an aggressive labor tracking and bonus system.  If you are one of the few people who can combine individual strengths into one team effort and want to work for a very financially secure company with 6+- months backlog, Inquire and I will see if we can make it work. 

Compensation: $80k base plus bonus, $100k++ expected, depending on experience, ability, and results.  Relocation assistance is available.
