Travel as needed
· Traveling to the employer’s location.
o Learning about their system and policies.
o Creating in-house technology and formal program to use remote designers.
o Training their Design Manager to manage remote designers.
§ Possible ongoing contract to help the Design Manager as needed with managing remote designers.
· Traveling to the Remote Designers location for a few days to a week.
o One or more trips until they are on-line and proficient.
o Set up the home office and make sure it is compatible with the home office system.
o Train the designer on company system and policies.
o Make sure the designer is set up and running.
· On call as needed when technology or training is needed.
o Help with new hires on site and via remote conference.
o Provide technical and skills based training on site.
